Ratings and reviews

I love this app. However, for the past 2 weeks, my receipts will not show scanned, and Im not receiving the points. It allows me to scan the receipt but doesn't add points or show it scanned, which caused me to lose my 55-week streak! Also, won't connect to my Amazon. It says incorrect credentials but they are 100% correct.

There's a problem linking to my Amazon account. When I try to relink it, it has a form filled with my email address (misspelled), and an old password. I correct both, hit "Retry", and in 3 seconds I get the message "Error, Double Check Your Credentials! Please try again." and the form is again prefilled with the incorrect information. I've emailed the developers about this a couple times. Once, they replied with a message that basically said they knew about the problem and would fix it. Nope.

It's alright. Half the time it will say it can't read the date or total. When I do a rescan, it says it's a duplicate. Not really a way to win with that. Next to impossible to send in a contact request because it'll push me off of the page before I finish, especially when I try to upload media to support my claims. Update: The team reached out to me and fixed my issue so quickly. Updated to change the two star rating to five star
