Ratings and reviews

One of the worst services. The only thing they make easy is to pay. You have to get a callback for everything else like cancellation, confirmation of the policy, etc. If you call yourself instead, they'll waste your time and money pushing services you didn't ask for, but still won't do what you called for, for which you'll again need to get a callback. And the callbacks either don't come at all or come when you are unavailable.

I hv submitted all necessary documents, repair estimates, damaged videos etc..uploaded almost 7 days ago. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls/emails.. I have not received any update on the approval status or a clear timeline. Very poor response from your helpline operators, in fact they don't have any idea or not sharing concerned person/manager details to discuss. No proper reasoning/remarks provided by your surveyor and when asked for justification no one responding.

Very disappointing experience. PolicyBazaar is great at selling policies but provides zero customer service afterward. They constantly close my support tickets without solving the issue, and their 'callback' feature is useless as no one ever calls. They even mark queries as 'waiting for customer' when they haven't even reached out. Save yourself the headache and go through an authorized agent instead.
