worst app , i am trying to pay my emi early but it shows error,I have tried it for so many times it shows same even I tried net banking, card payment along with upi payments but stills shows same error ,even their customer support is so worst it takes so many times to load some time It take much more longer time , they don't want that we pay our emi by early by us . they want only autopay

i hve worst experience in this App my loan account is showing " no dues" nd outstanding balance is zero. But when I click on the details in the app, it still shows as "Active " and EMI is reflecting. Kindly update the status to "closed" and share the closure confirmation / NOC for my records.please solve my problem

I made my EMI payment online yesterday, but the amount has been deducted again from my bank account. I’m really disappointed with the service. No one has contacted me regarding the issue, but I always get reminder calls even before the EMI due date. Now that I’m facing a genuine problem, I haven’t received any proper response. I’ve already attached my bank statement showing the double deduction. Kindly look into this matter urgently and initiate a refund at the earliest.
