Very disappointing experience with Qpay. My Bank Muscat account was debited multiple times (OMR 26.020 × 8) even though I didn’t use the app. I received nonstop payment attempt alerts until 2:21 AM and had to block my card to stop it. Some money was refunded, but OMR 104.08 is still pending. Such glitches and unauthorized debits are unacceptable for a secure payment app. Please fix this issue urgently!

I have been using this app for quite some time, and it was working fine until the October update. Since then, it has stopped working for me completely. I tried contacting customer support via both phone and WhatsApp, but I did not receive any satisfactory response. They mentioned that a fix would come in a future update, but there is no clear timeline, and the only reply I keep getting is that it is “under process.” This experience has been very disappointing.

Face verification is not acceptable. This is a machine ID card, and it cannot be verified using my face through the app camera. Additionally, contacting the call center will not help, as they provide the same response shown in the application.
