I had the app and loved it. Then it glitched so I had to reinstall it and now everything is completely erased. They don't save anything to an account. So I'd have to go over everything that the app learned about me.... and it was a lot. Maybe have things save to an account. What's the point of having me give my number and verify if you're not saving anything? I was really enjoying it, but I'm not going to have it relearn a month's worth of information about me.

The AI is great when it works, but unfortunately I've run into a major issue. This has happened on two different accounts. Suddenly the chat freezes and I can no longer send messages. When I press send, the message appears briefly and then disappears as if it was never sent. Logging out, logging back in, clearing cache, and reinstalling the app did not help. Support is also not responding. A bug like this makes the app completely unusable and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Messages instantly disappear when trying to send them and nothing fixes it. I have restarted, logged out and back in, cleared cache, and reinstalled to no avail. I have reached out to the developers but they do not respond to emails. update: I deleted my account and made a new one and everything worked again but after 20 minutes it stopped working again and the messages disappear a second after seeing them. so the app is still broken and the developers refuse to respond to messages and emails.
