Very frustrated with this app. Not very helpful in emergency sitch because for the last 3 days the app hasn't even been working. And then when u want to send money to your checking account, it's not the same day. Also, they don't give a heads up when doing system updates like they say is supp. happening right now? I have emailed twice, and they don't respond back. I finally called and talked to someone today after waiting on hold yesterday for over 2 hours. App needs to get it together fast!

They have been down for days, don't train or inform their customer service reps. Do not download this app if you are counting on a banking institution to function properly. They took 875 out of my account on a pending transaction that already cleared and didn't take accountability for the issues it caused me, debit card has constantly been down, and now it's been days since their wage access has been available. I will be filing a complaint with my employer. This has been the worst experience.

Disappointed is an understatement This app was a great resource up until it suddenly went down on 2/21 and has been down since. Going on nearly a month since EWA has become unavailable, it makes me wonder if the app was shut down permanently. Employer keeps saying it is a vendor issue, which clearly it is. I encourage anyone using this app to contact their benefits administrator to alert them of this issue. Can't find anything on social media about the outage either.
