Their service is usually good. However, there was once right after an update that I cannot connect to their server smoothly anymore. It was ridiculously slow on all my devices. I live in the US and use their US server. Both my home and office WIFI are unchanged and connect fast with all other websites. When that happened, the customer service was ridiculously unhelpful and blame it on my network service. After a few days, it was fixed. I'm pretty sure they figured it out eventually.

While the Android environment is good, my issues with it are the following: 1) Gaming controls - while playing mobility-games like Genshin, WuWa, and ML, I am having issues in moving my characters (like I cannot click a skill button, and it moves to a different direction), and I think it has to do with the resolution of the screen. Hopefully, there's a fix for that. 2) Storage - even for an expensive XVIP, the limit was only 80GB, I wish it has a much greater capacity to play more games.

Can I suggest something.... Something like um putting a new top up method like "coda shop" Do you know"coda shop" It's a website that is used to top up or buy in game items.....So what I mean is how about you try give us a new app that allows us to buy a cloud phone using our smart loads like the way we top up in mobile legends since many players including me can't top up since our phones don't support the top up method of this app I hope you do something about it thanks!
