Genomapp provides a personalized genetic exploration of your Ancestry.com or 23andMe results. Our tool quickly identifies thousands of genetic markers (SNPs) and shows health associations found in scientific evidence.

Search our database of more than 9,500 conditions, 12,400 genes, and 180,000 genetic markers. Our tool facilitates access to research on a comprehensive list of conditions from scientific sources, including breast cancer, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. It also indexes literature for tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA, PTEN, and P53.

*** Supported DNA Providers

We are constantly adding support for new providers. Currently, you can use files from 23andMe, Ancestry.com, FTDNA, MyHeritage, Genes for Good, LivingDNA, Geno 2.0, and other DTC genetic testing companies. Genomapp also supports VCF format files and specific schemes. (Note: VCF files from WES/WGS are currently not compatible).

£17 paid for reports that contain a lot of different markers but poorly organised and poorly explained info. it will take forever to go through

As a free app, it's great. But I decided to buy the full thing and was very frustrated. The information is very misleading and lack researches. Basing your whole result in a single research will just lead ppl into anxiety. In the end you have to check all the information there again, by yourself. Which completely loses the point of paying for the product.

Best raw data app there is. I bought the upgrade and have never had any regrets. Great app. Easy to upload raw data and a ton of information. You are able to search the web directly from the reports. I don't understand why this app does not get more press. It is, imho, the only raw data analyzer to use. Thank you to the developers!
