I shop with RI alot and have done for years, but the app is so outdated compared to their competitors? In no particular order:- 1. There is no information on what size the model is wearing. There used to be, but now (I more or less know mines, but others might find it helpful) 2. Can't leave a review, so you can't see what others have said before purchase. 3. Doesn't have an option to notify when an item is back in stock in your size. Take a look at how ASOS! RI you need to up ur game!

Does not allow me to log in since the update as the I'm not a robot box turns fully grey when you Try to tick it. It is now adding the wrong sized items to my basket which is very frustrating when trying to order, as the big and tall items are only available online. All items I've just ordered have all been sent in the wrong size because of this fault on the app

Not been good since the new update. Logged me out & asked me to log in but wouldn't accept it, said there was a validation error. Very annoying & i have phoned river island for them to say they haven't had anyone else with the same issue. But reading these reviews YES there are many others. Cannot order anything as wont let me sign in ??? Ive tried uninstalling it & reinstalling still not working
