Your app does not work. I used to have access when I was in the Philippines. When I moved abroad and when you updated your system, I lost all access, and no matter what I try (open a new account, log into my account, etc.), I only get a system error on your end. Imagibe having zero access to your bank for one year while you are not in the country. It's a complete disaster. Gladly I have 3 other banks with well functioning apps. But this bank I would never recommend to anyone who lives abroad.

It's just a waste of time. Why can't the app recognize the id???? I already put the id on a perfect lighting area. Even tried every position, vertical and horizontal, still won't work! It's just so frustraiting! Sorry, but please fix it asap, if there's any bug on scanning ids. Thanks!

I experienced the error the previous users are talking about below the first time. The error on the app says, "Looks like the ID you submitted didn't match the selfie.." I realized, I must have not done the selfie right. So I did it again the second time with my eyeglasses off, and ensuring my face is just right inside the oval shape guide during the live selfie. It worked on my second attempt. Tip to those who are having trouble with their IDs. Take off your eyeglasses if you have any.
