App does not work abroad. I used to have access when I was in the Philippines. When I moved abroad and when you updated your system, I lost all access, and no matter what I try (open a new account, log into my account, etc.), I only get a system error on your end. Imagine having zero access to your bank for one year while you are not in the country. It's a complete disaster. Oct 2024: still the same issue and they never reply to my emails 2 years later. Still no access to my bank account.

I can't log in my account, can't bank transfer, always on error display. I tried updating it but no available updates. I uninstalled and installed it again but it says: wrong log in details (fyi my details are correctly inputted), error in transactions (not sure why it displays that), and cannot log in with uprooted version. Please fix it right away. I have a lot of bills payment that needs to be made. Thanks

I'm getting an error when logging to the app with the ff error message/prompt. Room cannot verify the data integrity. Looks like you've changed schema but forgot to update the version number. You can simply fix this by increasing the version number. The problem with this error is it's not telling how to these steps. Don't know where to start. :(
