Update: Still broken. Crashes when I go to check out or plan a trip. Several riders share my struggle, as you have to go out of your way to get a physical pass. The continued lack of a fix has put me, a financially disadvantaged individual, in an even more vulnerable position. You can't get physical day/week passes, and now that I don't use the bus enough for a month pass to be worth it, I have to pay full price every time now, which is especially a pain when I need to transfer!

Since you're unable to purchase what seems to be any passes thru the app, the app itself pretty much serves no purpose. I believe the bus service as a whole could do great if they simply had an overhaul improvement on they're computer based systems that customers have to utilize, sometimes on a daily basis. To end on a positive, all customer service reps and drivers are pleasant and helpful to interact with.

Doesn't allow you to purchase day pass sometimes and bus drivers do not carry paper pass so no phone, no Internet, no pass sad if your down on hard times sheesh $2 one way no matter what
