I literally cannot book trips. The UI is awful. It makes you choose from a list of addresses, but there’s no option to enter more locations, and the only address available is your home. Absolute garbage app. I'm personally lucky that I have other ways to get places, but I shudder to think how others that are less fortunate are supposed to go about their lives dealing with such awful resources.

Barely functional at the best of times. For the past few days trying to check on any of my rides just crashes the app entirely. Update: an entire month later, no change. It still crashes every time. I can schedule rides, but trying to check the details of any given ride afterwards causes a crash. Update #2: After a solid year or more of being able to use all the app's features with only the occasional crash, it's suddenly back to how it was before. Almost entirely useless.

This app used to work... sometimes... and unfortunately the ride service I use doesn't give me a choice. For months now, every time I try to view and/or cancel one of my rides, the app closes out on me. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing helps. And it's been months now since I emailed the company that makes this app, and they still haven't responded to even acknowledge my frustration.
