Happy with the customer service: The customer care contacted me and resolved the issue very quickly. I received the entire refund. Thank you for the quick resolution. Original Issue - The app approved my documents and I paid for the vehicle in advance. But at the time of pickup, they rejected the documents and did not even gave me a refund. My entire trip got ruined at the last moment because of their mismanagement.

Now it's not necessary to have your own 2 wheeler for exploring a new destination in your city or state . One can very easily get a rental bike from Royal brothers.. Its app was offers a very easy process of booking, pickup and handover of bike .. I just hope price of some higher cc bike would be bit less under 2k / day (including tax) and they handover a bit of clean bike😊 Rest thanks Royal Brothers for making me explore Bangalore a new city without my own bike

I used so many bike rentals apps but I never seen a worst app like this. They gave me damaged and punchered vehicle to me and I only repaired the vehicle and showed Every proof to there customer service but they didn't give me any refund or they didn't give any resolution for my loss after paying rent for vehicle I only repaired the vehicle also. And there customer service team is very very bad and worst they don't know to talk to the customers also they are very rude. Royal brothers is worst .
