Mobile app forcing update, not allowing to bypass, but at play store site, only button to push says 'installed , no other command. Nothing happens and return to website returns to update block. No go. Box says installed. Clicking on it takes me play store login but after i log in, it says ok in green box and goes back to app.

There seems to be an issue on my Samsung Galaxy 9. Anytime I use the docu scribe app my phone is stuck in "in call" mode . So whenever I try to control the volume for media it says "in call volume" even though I'm no longer in a call and I close the app. This happens every time I use the app I get stuck "in call" mode.

unusable for intended purpose. Wants phone in airplane mode to dictate. When I am on call I must always be able to receive calls. I am unable to get playback through speaker and volume through phone inadequate even with volume slider all the way up. Switching from recording to review and restarting too cumbersome. Difficult to review and edit transcript. If didn't have to use airplane mode and could playback through speakers could give it 3 stars--minimally functional for intended purpose.
