very very Poor App,after making payment using the option in this app, instead of processing, it stops abruptly. Frequently not opening..

Extremely poor app design. It gets logged out after somedays if not opened. And again I have to enter consumer no, mob no and OTP. Why its getting logged out evertime. Its a app you don't open everyday, mostly once or twice a month. Every month I have to enter the details to log in. After login for somedays it works fine. But if I open it after long time it says session expired.

Why do you even provide the Self Meter Reading option if it never works properly? Every time I try, it shows errors. The app server is almost always down. The login system is very poor — it logs me out suddenly, and when I click any option, it shows "ML_common_Spl_message" and doesn't work at all. This is just an electricity bill payment and meter reading app, not a banking app — then why do you have such a heavy and complex login system? Please fix these issues. It’s very frustrating. 😔
