Extremely poor service and a terrible customer care system. It takes at least half an hour just to connect with customer support. Even after connecting, they keep you on hold for another long period saying they are checking the issue, and eventually disconnect the call without resolving anything. It’s better to consider using other chargers instead.

I am having the worst time with tata chargers. Not only is it the only app to deduct gst in wallet additions, which is absolutely nuts, chargers around me don't work most times. The chargers at Rcity mall ghatkopar never work. This has been going on since so long, they can see people unable to charge and yet no has fixed the issue. You call the helpline, they are never available. You press 9 for a callback, that never happens. Really need to up your game.

The app/system hangs every time the power cuts during a charge. It doesn't register the end of the old session, so it won't let me start a new one. It’s happened multiple times now. getting through call centre team is next to impossible
