Extremely poor service and a terrible customer care system. It takes at least half an hour just to connect with customer support. Even after connecting, they keep you on hold for another long period saying they are checking the issue, and eventually disconnect the call without resolving anything. It’s better to consider using other chargers instead.

Charging session disconnected automatically but app still shows “charging in progress”. Unable to start charging again even after removing charger and reconnecting. Please reset the session urgently. Very disappointed with this poor service and no proper customer support response.

The overall experience was very good. The app runs smoothly, and the charging service was also impressive. The stations are quite useful, and overall there were no issues while using them. Just one thing I felt was that the charging price should be a bit lower, because sometimes the total cost feels almost similar to petrol expenses. If the pricing becomes more affordable, more people will be attracted towards EVs.Another suggestion is that future charging machines should have powerful cooling
