Ratings and reviews

They keep resetting customers' shaking streaks to save on sat payouts. Caught them on multiple occasions and when you talk to support, they say the same bs about how you must have forgot or the shake didn't register and then the employee makes up a story about having lost a super high streak of their own. Just get rid of the program already if you guys don't want to give out the sats instead of gaslighting customers.

Shakepay is the BEST ! This organization, since I don't know how to define them (app, bank, prepaid card with rewards, easy and quick crypto exchange app !?). It's all of it and more. not sure everybody gets it : it's way more than shaking! Btw if you have a scrappy bank account plan. Transfer your money to shakepay. It works abroad and I even had a fraudulent transaction online and they refunded without hassles thanks to their actually working support Chat...

I've a older mobile, app doesn't work well even with a mouse. The private card information requires fingerprint access, makes it impossible to use. Sending and receiving fiat with online app is not functioning in accordance with standard bank practise. Would not reccommend this service.
