Practice: Perform planks several times each day, trying to hold the position a little longer each time.
Use body-weight exercises: The plank workout will improve your core strength.
Squat and deadlift: Guys who are strong in these specific lifts find planks are no problem.
HOLD IT
If you don't have the core strength yet to do a regular plank, you can build up to it by doing a bent-knee plank. If you can hold a plank for more than two minutes with ease, you can move on to these tougher variations.

Ways to improve your plank time
The longer you can hold the plank, the more resilient your lower back will be to injury, and the better your abs will look once you burn the fat off them. Follow these tips for longer plank times.

What happens with the app? The settings for my exercise program disappeared, then the program stopped opening. I decided to update it, I went into it under my account. 2 days the program worked, studied according to the standard program. Today I open, the statistics of my pair of classes disappeared. And the built-in standard exercise programs disappeared. How to fix these crashes? Now the application is working correctly. The statistics of classes was restored.

Does not sync with Google Fit. Otherwise, it works great. It has set routines and you can create you own. On some exercises, it shows the same silhouette instead of an actual representation of the type of plank.

Not good not terrible Customizable workouts are cool. Sound notifications(end of the move etc ) do not work with latest update. I have to look all the time if move is finished during workout. Why did I update it anyway. It used to be working before. By the way workout remainder also does not work.
