I bought an online ticket , when arrived they told me my place does not exist , ticket number 48 and bus only holds 47 places . it's very disrespectful.

When I enter my destination and departure point, I don't find any flights listed, even though I find those flights at the station when I go in person. It seems like a stupid application, or that those responsible for it do not have any professionalism. they don't move a finger for it
