A half-baked, poorly tested app. After the initial installation it takes you to a page that requests:name/email etc. It didn't like my email (invalid) but offered no way to even "Cancel" from the page. I finally forced an exit from the app and re-entered it. This time, no page asking for name/email (??weird), but it did ask for Location permission,which I gave it. It took me to a map of my location on a page WITH NO BUTTONS, NO MENU... So, once again I'm stuck on a page with no way to leave

Nearly impossible to set a custom pickup location, the app kicks you out of the pickup field or freezes entirely. This means it's impossible to schedule a Prime pickup when your bus drops you off at a transit station, and you have to wait 20-30 minutes for your ride. You should be able to enter the number of the bus you're on so a Prime can be timed to pick you up when you arrive at the station.

With the last update the ride numbers don't show up on the bottom of the map screen. After the last app update on Mar 11, 2024 the ride numbers are showing up again on the bottom of the map screen. Not sure if the app was the issue or the ride service.
