• Register your bike directly in the app to activate the lifetime warranty and receive critical updates about your bike.

• Deter bike theft with Turbo System Auto-Lock.* When activated, your system automatically locks when you power off your bike. The system will automatically unlock when you’re near your bike and power it on.

Ratings and reviews

Unfortunately the app is useless for me. If you don't have Internet or cell service you can not connect to your bike. There is no way to adjust battery settings or access any features on the bike. Additionally, if you try and record a ride and you're in spotty coverage the app will continually ask you to accept terms, indicate the you're "out of bounds"and then sign you out erasing any progress you may have tried to record. Why would you make an app for mountain biking that requires Internet

I was recently unable to lock/unlock (security) the bike and the app instructed me to go to a dealer for update (didn't fix the issue). I have two Turbo e-bikes..the new app does connect..but takes many tries, after several time-outs, which is VERY frustrating. The inability to see whether firmware updates are available for my bikes and/or to quickly connect to my bikes is unacceptable. I hope Specialized works to improve this application. Great bikes should be accompanied by polished software!

I'll probably never bike another Specialized bike, just because of the complete joke of an app you get with a $10k bike. The app has been garbage from the beginning, plagued by all kinds of bugs. The latest one- the app won't connect to the bike in no cell phone data areas. I guess, I'll only be riding my MTB in the city. Mission control was glitchy, but this successor app is a s***show

What's new

Minor bug fixes and under the hood improvements were included in our 1.25.0 release. We also fixed a crash that was occurring when some riders tried to add their bike to the Specialized app.
