Had several encounters with drivers delaying my order because they said "This other customer was in a hurry". They didn't even asked if I was in a hurry. This unfair queue has to stop. There is also this: cancelled/wrong order issues are usually settled with heydomo coupons until you say otherwise. A real $10 is worth more than a $10 heydomo coupon. Make the queue first come first serve and don't you ever try to suggest coupons as a way to resolve the money you took from me.

+ alot of restaurant options. Maybe can bring in more, like Ayamku, KFC, etc... + quick delivery, sometimes. + easy payment + friendly and quick operator - alot of the vendors has no photos of their food. U tend to skip. - searching for a specific food is difficult. - does not show if the food is being prepared and delivery (like Uber eats app) - the $5 on the same day delivery is ridiculous and a scam. Of course you want on the same day delivery, this is the main reason why i gave a low score.

Great idea but not executed well at all. We have ordered from them at least 5 times and have received cold food at least 4 times. Taking an hour and a half to 2 hours to deliver when telling us it would take 40 mins; I asked for a refund once because the food was stone cold and arrived at 9.30pm when we ordered at 7.20 and they may have refunded the $5 (but I dont think so) but they didnt refund the food cost. I wont be using them again.
