Ratings and reviews

The new changes are awful. It was good before and you could find documents of your appointments and such. Now there is supposed documents center but it is impossible to get or see the information. Go back to the previous upgrade. And keeps sending me texts about scheduling a test except that it is already scheduled. No happy. Having a portal is nice when it is really user friendly. This change is not.

I used to love it, but recently I have been unable to do any appointment scheduling. It always says "sorry our online scheduling is unavailable at this time." I'm getting frustrated, because I hate making phone calls and this app was so easy to use to find new doctors or reschedule appointments. They need to fix this asap!

I use it 100% of the time. Schedules are easy to follow, plus you can save them to your calendar. Messaging is used across the board, which I really like. Lab results are posted as soon as completed, and it's available at your fingertips. I have had no issues with the app and have been using it for 10 years or more. It's really improved over the years. I strongly encourage it for you and significant others for sharing info.
