very unreliable. the app works fine one day and then doesn't update or record the right usage time the next. I shouldn't be having to sync data all the time. And then even then, it doesn't sync correctly. I uninstalled it once because of being fed up with it. I've cleared the cache, I've tried clearing the data, uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I don't know if it's my phone connectivity or the app or both.

You are absolutely right, you should NOT have to manually sync your data all the time, and I understand the frustration of data not syncing to the mobile app as expected. Constant failed scans. Constant partial scans. You email them and they don't reply back. Have had issues since I started using this app and then never seem to fix it. It's frustrating because I have to have this information for my insurance to continue to pay but they don't seem to care or get it fixed. Looks like there have been the same issues for a few years but obviously it's not a priority to get it fixed. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I was very excited about the the app working over the past month. Then the update comes. The worst update ever. Lost all previous login data. App constantly Crashes Company is closed on weekends. Open during everyone's working hours. Closed during majority of sleeping hours. Really sad that I may lose my driving job over a device that doesn't connect to wifi and apparently now not even to my phone app. The rating is now 1 of 5 points of one star simply because it downloads to my phone. 🙈🙉🙊
