The Play to Earn feature is the only way to make points, but since they removed it and recently re-added it, it wont work. About once a day I get a notification to try the Play to Earn feature, I go into the app, click on the Play the Earn icon, and a pop up shows up and says " Play to Earn is not available at this time please try again later". This has been going on for about a month. Message to developer: FIX THIS AND HAVE PLAY to EARN BACK! since the whole system with the surveys is broken.

I've had a great experience so far. No delays when getting my credits and other than verify my Gmail I wasn't forced to verify with a Driver's License (very sketchy on other sites btw) or have to give out a phone number. Hopefully my Amazon Card comes through. Edit: I requested a $10 Amazon card at 11:42am on a Tuesday and got it 20 minutes later at 12:02pm. I've never had an offer site pay out so quickly. A well deserved 5 star rating.

I’ve been using FeaturePoints for a while, but my account was suddenly disabled without explanation. Despite filing multiple complaints, I’ve received no response from their customer service. It’s frustrating to be ignored after investing time and effort into the platform. FeaturePoints needs to improve their support. Until then, I can't recommend this app.
