Service is a disaster. I have been using their connection for the last 5 months. For the first 3 months the service and connectivity was good, but after 3 months the issues started. No instant service, technicians are least bothered to address the issue and get it resolved. I will be disconnecting the service soon. I recommend not to avail their service if looking for a long term.

Poor Service and Support - I have been using their service for the past 8 months now and have occasionally faced issues with downtime. Currently, it has been more than 3 days without internet, but the team has not been able to resolve the issue. I have called customer service multiple times to escalate the matter. However, they have not taken any effective steps to fix it. Although a technician has been assigned, they have been unresponsive and seem laid-back in performing their duties.

Why do you keep calling for the recharge so frequently? This is so frustrating. I declined one call and got another in 5 minutes. I declined again and then got another call in 30 minutes. Even though the recharge is done. What is this behaviour? I will recharge when I need. I don't need any more nudges and reminders and why keep calling after the recharge? I have stopped reminder notification inside the app as well but still getting these calls. Please stop all the reminder calls.
