App doesn't work well. I can only find one of my nieces and that's because she was on a senior team last year, which are the only meet results I can see, despite them having multiple meets so far this summer. I can't access my other niece because it shows me only meets from 2022. The notifications for the older niece appear, but I am unable to click on them to see results. I am unable to see any upcoming meets. I paid for pro, but am getting no use out of the app.

I hope our Customer Happiness Team can help you straighten this out, if you can email them at help@swimtopia.com with more details on the names of the swimmers and the teams. We can only show results for meets run in Meet Maestro, our meet management solution. But please reach out to our team, they can hopefully help.

I have pixel 7 and I have issue switching between teams. The top row that allows me to switch team is overlapping with the phone display of time, notifications, and battery usage, when I click on the link, my phone doesn't acknowledge it because of the overlap. I have tried reinstalling the app already. Summer league started, please fix this quickly for me to switch out of high school team. Thx.

Hi there, we just released an update that should fix this issue. When you open your app you should be prompted to update it. Once you've updated the app, because this issue appears when the app loads, you'll need to close and reopen the app. If you continue to have issues, please let us know at help@swimtopia.com. Great for tracking meets and events, but when a developing young swimmer is DQ, please keep the event time visible so that coaches can make decisions about relays and practice. That aside, I like that there is a DQ reason, so we know which mechanic to focus on.
