One time they didnt replace the wrong order I received, and another time it tried to scam me by raising the price by $11 after ordering. Very bad customer service that never replies and ignores customers who have used the app multiple times.

I placed an order thinking I would get a 50% discount as advertised on the app. However, when the driver arrived, the price was back to the full amount. No explanation, no adjustment. I reached out to customer service, and they were completely unprofessionalāunhelpful, dismissive, and refused to issue any kind of refund or even acknowledge the problem. to make things worse, my order arrived incomplete. It was missing drinks and fries, and when I reported it, they didnāt offer to send them.

I ordered using this app for the first time and they messed up my order so bad that I couldn't even enjoy my food. No drink, the instructions you write aren't followed, ingredients and allergens requested to be removed aren't taken into considerations, unprofessional drivers, very bad service, and when I texted support about the inconvenience they did not do anything about it and I had to pay the entire bill although I had to throw away everything. Very bad app definitely do not recommend.
