The service is absolutely abysmal, I placed an order they can't fulfill on 30th Dec. I'm still waiting. they are asking me to come pick it up. I live in Bahrain and the order is for Dubai. They won't deliver it. and they won't refund me the full amount cause apparently chocolates don't get refunded. I'm still waiting for my refund. After wasting so much time chaising them from both countries. One of their agents said they would compensate me for my troubles and surprise.. I wasnt compensated.

Really bad experience. Product quality of gifts are below average. The packaging of gifts is also poor. Returning a product is also a hassle, customer service is slow and to top it, highly priced delivery charges for returning a product.

Terrible company, they will lie and steal your money. They scheduled my delivery then changed it without approval. once questioned they deny refund, and lied about approval. Stay away, there are much better and cheaper alternatives.
