Terrible Service – Do Not Order! I ordered flowers for a special occasion, and they failed to deliver on time. It’s been two days, and I still have nothing! No updates, no refund, and customer service can do nothing for you, just offering empty promises. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible Experience – Ruined My Valentine’s Day! I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift from Floward, expecting it to be a special surprise. Not only did they fail to deliver it on time, but their poor service completely ruined the occasion. There was no proper communication, no effort to fix the issue, and no regard for the importance of timely delivery on such a special day. A company that specializes in gifts should understand that timing is everything, but Floward failed miserably.

Service is very bad my delevery was supposed to recieve on 18 they call and reschedule claim that no order can be send , we reschedule to date 19 time morning till 1 pm and it not delivered till now at 3 : 30 what the difficult to delever in correct time , even customer service in call don't respond which is great 😕
