Not Very Good At All! Incredibly temperamental and very frustrating! I installed the App, and it's been nothing short of useless! I've had to uninstall, reinstall, and now it won't accept my mobile number, club card number, nothing!! I've reported thus issue 3 times, sent emails, sent screen shots, last time at 10.33am this morning, and I'm still stuck waiting and hoping for it to be sorted, so no.. I'm one very unhappy customer! 😒

Although it's very expensive to call to Zambia using this app (35p/m) I used it to call my mother whom I couldn't reach without a problem. However, it started saying that, "this call can only be made using the international card calling app," the very thing I will be doing. It then cuts you off. I don't understand which other app it will be referring to. I lost my money which I had used to top up. Now I again topped up with £10 but I can't seem to get through as it continues to cause confusion.

Terrible! I've tried to top up with my credit card several times. The app is so buggy. It had trouble saving my initial details like name and club card details. Then after I inputted that several times, I could finally add credit card payment details. Then after passing that frustrating hurdle, at payment details it errored another 4 times. So I've still not been able to top up! I give up!
