Performance is dire; choosing a menu item usually results in a "Loading..." message blocking for around a minute Every time I click on Saved Payment Methods, I'm taken to a screen to add a new method, even though I've already added one; this means that I cannot view existing methods All in all, not a very pleasant experience; could do a lot better P.S. I have a feeling that the app gets good ratings because people are reviewing the Lebara network, and not the app?

After being a loyal customer with Lebara since they started, I was sent a message saying they couldn't receive payment. I realised i hadn't updated my new credit card. After doing so, I was told that I'm on pay as you go. it was a nightmare trying to navigate their App and when I finally managed to get hold of an advisor on the telephone, he was unable to help. I have now had to renew my lebara account on a different price plan. Not the way to treat a loyal customer

Awful customer service! I have been trying to change my email for over a month and despite promises to sort the problem - I find I am wasting my time. ID managed it on their app in less than 2 minutes, but Lebara insists on sending a code which expires after 3 minutes - but they don't send it for 10+ minutes!!! Spent ages talking to customer service, told it was sorted, but still not
