Need to update the APK To be Improve update file with PDF and if there is a rejection need to give the reason why it is rejection.

The app is not working properly. Its was a poor functioning app. I applied for the BMET card by registering through this app and I also paid the fees by bkash. But after the payment is cleared my informations are not replaced by another person's documents even though i filled the form correctly with the right information. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed as well. I would like you to look into the issue and solve the problem. Overall very bad experience. Should be more usable.

My Experience is very good with this app in order registration. However, there are small bug need to be fixed. Such as, Sometime it can not recongize "O" letter and "0" number in the passport scan option. After trying 5 or 6 time later, its able to recognise correctly then finished my registration. Which OCR API you are using, need more tuning and fix it quickly. It would be big issue in near future even in immigration office. They will be fallen in trouble for mismatch information. Thanks.
