It was never a great app but beyond terrible since "upgrade". I have emailed them for help, but how many times will they tell me to uninstall / reinstall the app? I use this ONLY to get my insurance discount through work. App worked briefly after the relaunch but had issues when moving through different pages of app. Now it just starts to open then crashes. I can manually enter workouts online but only get 5 points. If I log a 15 pt workout in Samsung, I don't get the points I deserve. Useless.

This app is required for HSA points for my job. It was frustrating to interact with at the start, but now it's unusable. First it wouldn't sync properly with Google Fit and Samsung Health linked. Now it just won't open. I'm on a pixel 6a. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and restarted the device. I even tried installing this app on my Chromebook, but the sync is all off. And you can't do any kind of synch on the app website. I hate this app. I wish I didn't need it.

The new app is awful. Hard to navigate, difficult to find my activities, and just a total downgrade from the old one. The app doesn't sync with my fitness tracker, despite emailing them and reinstalling and updating the app. I went for a hike and the app says I took less than 200 steps. The old app was so much better. I'd stop using it if it wasn't required through my work wellness program. Just get the points you need and give up on the rest. Awful.
