The new app is awful. Hard to navigate, difficult to find my activities, and just a total downgrade from the old one. The old app was so much better. I'd stop using it if it wasn't required through my work wellness program. Just get the points you need and give up on the rest. I've never had an app that I've had to uninstall and reinstall so many times to get the basic functionality to work. It's terrible.

This app is an absolute POS. The biometrics never work. No matter how often I verify my identity and check the box to not verify for 180 days, it still requires me to do so each time. Any settings I save are regularly somehow lost or forgotten. The sync feature rarely works, and points do not register. The rewards options are extremely limited and not at all interesting. I'm so upset that this is the option my insurance and employer have offered. If you can avoid it, do not use this app.

Update: still a bad app but I can at least log in now. I dont like that I have to scroll thru a ton of "activities" to report. A search bar would be nice. Terrible. Cant log in without being by a computer to get a verification email. Dumb. Then when you actually get in, it just randomly kicks you out and makes you do the whole process again. And it doesn't even sync right. I have 5 days of workouts on my watch that I haven't gotten points for yet.

To enable background synching, please delete and reinstall the POV app. Once you log into your account, you should sync back any missing workouts from the last 7 days. We value your feedback and have forwarded your suggestions to our User Experience Committee.
