App seems to be very unstable the past few months. I open to a blank page and have to click favourites and the discover to get the page up. It used to open straight onto discover. Also click into some events and the app again goes blank. An aside, I don't understand why there isn't an option for standard postage of a ticket without gift wrap nonsense as an excuse to charge extortionate fees. A cardboard sleeve does not a gift wrap make. 03/2024: had to reinstall as stopped working completely!

Worse than useless, app rarely opens, which is crazy considering you need to access it to get to your tickets. If it wasn't for the ability to add the tickets to Google wallet it would be an utter disaster. I suppose it does however reflect ticketmaster in general, slow and frustrating - I'm surprised they don't try to charge for the "privilege" of having the app. Avoid like the plague, just use their website instead, it is after all marginally better.

I can't sign into the Ticketmaster. Ie app as this message keeps appearing. "To enable secure login, you must enable the Web browser within your device settings". I changed my default browser as Chrome and set it as HTTPs as well. The same error appears. Can you please give me the fix for it? Otherwise it is unusable on my Samsung android phone. Thanks.
