I paid for a Timeleft dinner, but due to a glitch the app never revealed the restaurant name. I reported the issue within the 24-hour window with screenshots and followed up by email. No response. No refund. The app is buggy, and customer service is nonexistent. I paid for an experience I couldn’t attend because their system failed. Unacceptable.

I don't see a feature where you can toggle with to change the locations you want to cover and be booked in. It keeps me on my default location that I had to select when originally setting up my profile. I would like the flexibility to request a different part of town, county(s) to be sent, too. Right now, I'm restricted to one geographical area.

I have met some very interesting and nice people using this service, but the app and service can be flaky. For example, the restaurant booked for tonight's dinner could not accommodate our group, so we made our own arrangements. Which defeats the purpose of the app. They also repeatedly sent me to the same restaurant for several dinners. The restaurant is not a problem, but Tucson has a huge selection of mid-range restaurants to choose from. I will likely not renew my subscription.
