Must restart phone and app periodically, notifications just stop. Even though I have it set to send reminders every 2 minutes if there's an unread message there are weekly issues with not getting messages until I open the app manually. I need this app for work and when on call am required to answer off hours so when this happens it actually affects my work. Horrible app but unfortunately I'm not able to use another.

Cons: No vibrate setting; it's either muted or uses a notification sound. Can't receive attachments; pictures and even contact cards come in as "attachment" that look like a URL, which when opened, prompts a download of a file you can't do anything with. Had to switch default messenger to the native app, download a contact card, and then switch back to Enterprise. Pros: None. I only use this because it's required on my work phone, but because of the notifications issue, I have to keep half an eye on it all the time or turn up the sound.

Required by my company to have on my device. Doesn't allow GIF's or photos from non-EM users and offers no way to get the image. Gives link to download but that dead ends without showing picture or GIF anyway. If person on other end isn't EM user messages get garbled when first initiating a message and you cannot even see what the message content was when you hit send unless they respond. Broadcast and group text features would be really nice if they worked with non-EM users. Leaving a group or broadcast from the top-most menu doesn't work either. S9, latest Android 9.
