- Order an impression kit
In case at-home, in-clinic, and flagship center scans are unavailable in your area.
 
Once you have received your clear aligners:
- Tracking aligner wear time against recommended usage

pathetic service. I had ordered toothsi aligner by paying 55000. until I pay, I used to get back to back calls from customer care. but now even after receiving aligners I have been waiting for almost 2 months to get the procedures done. no body is following up. I called customer care 4 to 5 Times. everytime they are saying you will get call within 24 to 48 hours. but that never happened. please don't use this app and don't pay any money. I feel it's just scam. very disappointed

I had a very disappointing experience with Tootsi. Extremely disappointed with Tootsi. I placed an order over a month ago, and the delivery is still pending with no proper update or communication from their side. and there was absolutely no response from their customer service despite multiple attempts to reach out. It feels like the company has no concern for its customers or product standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid Tootsi

I had a very disappointing experience with Toothsi. At the beginning, they promised I would get the desired alignment, but after completing the treatment, they told me the alignment is limited and not what I expected. The retainers they provide are of poor quality — they break easily. To make it worse, at the start they say everything is covered in the package, but later they refuse to provide extra retainers unless you pay again. Overall, I feel the treatment is not worth the money.
