If you buy onsite and they give you paper tickets which they scanned as they printed the app is unusable. They will not let you add your ticket to the app once scanned. Without the app you have zero insight into when and where buses are for hopping back on. The "live" map on their website only tells you departure times from first stop. And you have to dig out your 3 ft of paper receipt every time you get on. Makes for a very poor experience.

I give the company's people a 5. Overall experience gets a 3.5~4. I'll give the app a 1 because I couldn't use it after purchasing tickets online. I called the customer support number and was pleasantly surprised at the attention they gave me. After trying several things, they had one of the local sales staff print me paper tickets and offered the chance to refund my purchase. The drivers, tour guides, customer support, and sales people were excellent. The app needs work.

I was visiting nyc and bought the tickets online. They dont provide the ticket by email. The only way is to install the app to get the tickets. forcing to install the app. Not sure if the intent is to steal personal data
