The one good thing about Geniex is the costs of the data bundles which are in truth, relatively cheaper than other networks. For a Nigerian made app, I didn't expect much regarding the functionality of the apps network. I try to connect ,and as someone said earlier, takes so much time to connect and after that disconnects on its own, and even shows network error. There is a reason for the honest review about the below average performance of the Geniex connection system. Fix the issue.

The concept is expectional. The idea is creative. The purpose is amazing. The data amount price mitigation is relatively cheaper. The App build is brilliant. However, the functionality of the app is the issue. 1. It's slow to connect. Takes up to 20-30 minutes to make a full connection and still leaves you hanging though when it connects, the network disconnects at will. 2. It takes one SIM slot and renders that SIM useless. The SIM will be off for days. 3. I think they should fix the bugs!

This app is truly useless. The data is always not accessible. when it's loading, it stays stuck on 48% and doesn't proceed. The Sim space it occupies can't be used to make or receive calls and sms. Everything about it is slow and annoying. You're always constantly disconnected from the internet all because the app doesn't no service. Really useless app.
