This app simply doesn't work. It opens and immediately closes. I followed all support instructions, disabled USB debugging, restarted but the issue has persisted for two weeks. In 15 years of using Android, I've never seen an app ask to disable USB debugging, and the irony is, it still doesn’t work. The splash screen just stays there forever. Unfortunate that, 22 years of Ufone subscription, yet not a single pleasant story to tell,just ordinary, subpar service.

DEAR UPTCL your app is not opening on the device. Whenever the user tries to open the app, it automatically redirects to the Google Play Store, even though the app is already updated and installed. The same app works properly on other devices, which confirms that the problem is device-specific and not related to UPTCL’s server. thanks when I disable USB dubing that error resolved..

I’ve been using the My Ufone app on this same phone for a long time, and I also activated my last custom package through it on this same phone. But now, when I tried to open the app again yesterday to activate a new package, it doesn’t open — instead of opening the app, it takes me to the Play Store. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it 2–3 times, but the same issue keeps happening.
