so I downloaded and started looking into jobs. found a few promising ones. bought the membership, paid the credits. now my profile is under manual review and even though I've bought the subscription I'm still unable to bid on jobs. so far a complete waste of time and money. I'll update when/if the situation is corrected.

So you do not need to be verified to bid on jobs but if you chose the OPTIONAL route of getting verified, they freeze your account until verification is complete. Its been days with no communication or status update. If being verified is not required in the first place then why does trying to get verified suspend your ability to bid on jobs that you are able to do without getting verified.

I haven't even been able to finish setting up my profile. Every time I try to upload my picture I get a white screen, or the picture will show up but error when I try to attach. It wad also extremely hard to set my profile up. I couldn't even add "Bachelors" in my education section. Seeming like this might be a waste of time.
