Please fix system app bugs for new people, and please have a way to contact IT support when the app decides to glitch out and you cannot fix it on your end. And AI chatbots can only do so much. Like, I should be able to apply to jobs without a promo code, and then I can't get the promo code (because I don't have one), I could get one with a membership plan, but even that is unavailable in the app, so I have to somehow find a way to FORCIBLY pay for a membership I DON'T WANT in order start work!

I personally prefer the UI that is available before you create an account, allowing you to select specific jobs you can look into applying for (Logo design, proofreading). Another thing that I think would be nice is being able to reach out to the potential client instead of needing to "Buy Connect", or allow new users to have a certain amount to start with to get them used to the process and having the money to afford it.

great concept, horrible execution. half of the app just doesn't work at all a lot of links don't work and it's impossible to get verified. as an employer it's almost impossible to see somebody's full portfolio without paying for a consultation and as an employee, way to much competition for them and not enough employers like myself. app needs serious work
