Don't even think about syncing with a cable! (Cable is the only way if you have to use a VPN.) I have Media Monkey Gold. Days of work and headaches and I'm ready to start all over somewhere else. It absolutely won't sync playlists. Ok, so I'll use genre. But even though I tell it to use all genre, most of the time it doesn't. I change a primary tag, re-sync and nope. Deleting by hand sometimes does it. I've got many hundreds of song files. Why is it so hard?!

Horribly complicated. You have to have your phone at your side researching poorly written wiki articles to figure out how to do things. This app is not intuitive. Searching for duplicate songs is a tiresome chore. Importing songs can even be needlessly complex. Renaming songs on an album that the database didn't identify is frustrating. My PC version continuously produces error codes forcing you to reboot. I could go on and on, this is a zonk.

Absolutely love this app and the computer program!! I found this program back in 2016 to replace iTunes. Now that they updated the app, I really appreciate the smoothness of how it works now. It is so versatile. I can access my music sitting in my backyard with the app on my phone and MediaMonkey Gold program running on my computer in the house. I can sync my music over wifi. You can also cast music via wifi, just like AirPlay on iTunes. The app works on Android devices, including Amazon Tablets
