Setting up the Meem account was easy, but transferring funds is a nightmare. I deposited 15,000 riyal to transfer internationally, but my attempt was denied. After 24 hours, it still won't work. The app blocks screenshots, and customer service opened a ticket saying it could take 2–3 days to resolve. Meanwhile, my money is stuck. Beware of Meem.

The app is not working. I can't add money or make any transfers plus I can't get my virtual card.
