The website promotes about the benefits of meem acount and the credit card and makes it seem like it is available for everyone and easy to get. It took me 2 or 3 weeks to create an account after so many back n forths. After that I applied for the credit card providing all the requested documents. Waited for more than a week, but wIth no response. On approaching the support chat multiple times and being asked to wait, they finally mentioned it's rejected without any reason. Very frustrating.

There are many areas where this app isn't made right.. I'll simplify the long list by saying it provides the worst UX in the eBanking industry in Bahrain with a ton of bugs. It's been months after I reported an issue in downloading the eStatements, the team decided to skip updating the app to fix the bug and told me to use the website as an alternative!

Terrible app, despite giving full permission, I cannot complete my application process as the call center cannot hear me, I am 100% confident that the issue is from their side, as I have downloaded the app in multiple other phones with the same issue still happening.
