About this app
VertiDesk PC Remote Control is an application that allows you to control your computer from your Android device.
Turn your Android phone into a full PC remote control over Wi-Fi. No internet required — works entirely on your local network. No subscriptions. No ads.
It places the power in your hands allowing you to control aspects such as Mouse, Keyboard, Media, Browser and more.
It also comes with a File Explorer which allows you to view the files and your hard drive(s) and launch them too!

How To Setup VertiDesk PC Remote Control?
On the Computer: Download FREE Server Application from here: https://vertidesk.com/project/vd-pc-remote/
Once you have downloaded our Remote Control Server Application, follow the steps below:
1. Download and Run the PC Remote Control Server Application.
2. If your computer cannot start the PC App, make sure Java environment is installed. You can download it from java.com or node.js
3. The application will be started in the terminal or system tray, it will display your ip address and connection status.
On Client (Your Android Phone), Install VertiDesk PC Remote +Plus app from Google Play Store and Install. Start the app and follow the steps:
1. In the Connections screen
2. Create a Connection, make sure your phone and computer both are on same WiFi network, Fill the ip address of your computer from the server terminal.
3. Choose any name as you like.
4. The Default password (____) has been set. you can change it. and Connect.
5. Connection is established, server terminal window on the computer will also show the connection status.

━━━ ANTIVIRUS NOTE ━━━
Some antivirus software may flag the PC Server as suspicious due to its system-level access (mouse, keyboard, screen). This is a false positive. Add VertiDesk-Server-Plus.exe to your antivirus exclusions list. The source is open for inspection.
