There was nothing professional about this company. The service was horrible and I had to walk back and forward with my luggage to find a pick up location. My expectations; to be met at the exit door by my driver holding a card with my name so that I could immediately exit the airport. From the time I excited Customs until I finally found the pickup location, two (2) hours had lapsed. I have never experienced such an event in all of my travels. I will never use Viator again for pickup transport.

Absolutely terrible experience, canceled our already confirmed booking 2 times, the second cancelation was the morning of checking out of our hotel in Rome!. Waiting over an hour on the phone to be told that there's nothing they can do for us and that on top of the original price of $980 that the only option available was an additional $300 for the transfer to Sorrento without stopping in Pompeii while waiting outside the hotel with our luggage for several hours. They washed their hands of the s

We were sadly left hanging on our trip back to the airport. After trying to call the driver multiple times and talk to customer service to ask for a refund, we finally ordered a more expensive taxi to make sure we got to our flights. The other issue was that the driver was picking up multiple couples and dropping them off as well, something we were not made aware of in advance. this definitely added to the trip time. Viator refused to issue any refund. I would not use Viator again.
