This app is probably the worst app I ever came across. When you open the app, it's got your bill already showing unpaid when you already cleared your bills. Never update your account information. When you try and make payments, it shows loading payment information, and it freezes all the time. The amount will always be shown on the app even though you have nothing to pay. I would have given Zero star if there was an option.

I have had a Virgin Media account for over 6 years now. Can log into my account online okay but this mobile app does not work. Cannot log into my account using this app as it just freezes and nothing happens after entering my log in details. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app several times but still cannot log into my Virgin Media account. This app is not good, and is a waste of time and needs fixing so paying customers can log into their accounts using their mobile phone.

Disappointed with this "update" to the app styling. It still directs you to a Webpage numerous times for login and I was required to sign in again just to view my marketing preferences. I don't find myself using this app at all despite being hounded to install it during sign up for VM and I highly doubt this style 'update' will make me use it anymore than I already do. Better off using the website directly, or as they clearly want, phoning customer "support".
