My Vivaone app is currently malfunctioning, and when I open it. Only black screen appears. I waited several minutes but nothing changed. It's still on the black screen. I already re-installed the app, but it still has issues within like when logging in. Please do solve this issue immediately because I can't use the app on my phone. But it works smoothly on my laptop.

I tried the cast option (Chromecast to my tv). It worked. However, i totally lost control of my phone. I have to turn off my tv and force restart my phone . Please fix this issue. Thanks Update: Now, I can't even login (http not found error message)

I'm using viva one app for 7 weeks and i love it, but now I can't use subscription, i want to use the 99 pesos for 1 month subscription but it is not working, there is some word that pops up when i top the subscribe botton "HTTP 403". Please fix it right away, so I can watch my favorite series. I may change my rating if you fix this until tomorrow.
