Radar, and the options to use on it are good. The forecast is good. Updates are meh, at best Severe weather warnings are the problem! If they issue a tornado warning or any other major event, you better hope you hear the warning tone and go into the app immediately! If you miss the alert, then go to the app and play the short video of the warning issued. You have anywhere from 30 seconds to a full minute of sponsor ads to watch first!! You may land in Kansas before the vid plays!

Edited 7-20: Toggle options are worse and do not work! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times! "Follow me" doesn't stay turned on. App does not always allow me to toggle options (radar, daily, etc.) at the bottom. Sometimes it won't play the video...it's like it is frozen. Other times it works flawlessly. Signal or wifi connection is steady, all other apps work fine. It's a great app otherwise if these issues would be fixed.

I have had this app for a couple of years & up until a couple weeks ago i was VERY PLEASED with it. Then it started crashing every time i wanted to open the app to check something. I thought it might be my phone ,so i did a few virus scans & it wasnt. I have reported crashing & no response! I uninstalled it. Now if they fix the last update,correct the customer service aspect & remove ALOT of the ads that popup,i will reconsider using it again because it is to me alot more reliable forecast & user friendly (until now)!
